I want to share why I chose AdvoCare to be a big part of our family's life. Prior to AdvoCare I did not have the best eating habits. As a mom of two small girls, I found myself going too long between meals, feeling irritable, nauseated and having little to no energy. When I did eat it was something quick. (And usually unhealthy) In October 2012, I became an Advisor immediately because I saw the business opportunity in helping others help themselves and I could save 40% on products.

I started my first 24 day challenge in October 2012 and lost 5lbs, 5.5 inches and 3% body fat but most importantly, I felt great. Doing the 24 Day challenge has shown me the importance of eating healthier, as well as more frequently throughout the day. At age 36, I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I currently do Crossfit and the gym which puts me working out four to five times a week. I could not do this without the AdvoCare products I use regularly. To date I have lost 10lbs, went from a size 8 to a 4, lost 5% body fat and gained approx. 4lbs of muscle. My husband and some of my other friends have also had great results with AdvoCare products.

Not to mention, there are several world class athletes that are unpaid endorsers like Drew Breeze, Jason Witten, Sam Bradford and Colt McCoy (just to mention a few) who choose to use the products themselves.
